Thats a strong lady
Tactical Fitness Ormond is the ONLY USA Weightlifting and CrossFit training center combined in Volusia County.
Hey...I heard that those other Crossfit gyms don't even offer Olympic lifting. Is that true?
All CrossFit programs are designed to incorporate Olympic lifts into their workouts. However, not all CrossFit facilities are Certified USA Weightlifting Training Centers. CrossFit40 is unique. We are the only USA Weightlifting and CrossFit training center combined in Volusia county.
Our Certified USAW Coaches and CrossFit Instructors teach the same explosive lift techniques used by elite athletes and Olympians.
