Mini-Strongman Metcon
Clean and press for reps (Have to clean and press each rep) AMRAP 1 Min
Truck Drivers for max time (holding plate out in front of body)
Plate load for time ( plates stacked at one end of gym have to be carried to other end)
Truck Pull (80 ft for time)
