01-03-10 Sunday ~ Rest Day~

First WOD of the 2010 Saturday January 2nd. 3.74 miles in forty-four degree weather, 12 mile an hour winds, wind chill 30-35 degrees over the Granada Bridge. Tabata kettlebell swings, squats, step-ups, elevated push-ups, rope pull-ups, elevated traveling planks, jump boxes, lunges and all while running with #20/#18 kettlebells. That's dedication people!
