Hey Workout Warriors.
The CrossFit Kettlebell Certification presented by Jeff Martone at Crossfit West in Jacksonville this weekend rocked!
We're kind of in limbo waiting to get into Tactical Fitness Ormond, dry wall done, bathroom done...so hopefully this week.
At any rate I'm hoping to hold CrossFit40 in park in the new facility Saturday moring due to predicted 36 degree weather!
I'll keep you all posted.
In the meantime, check out Jeff Martone doing a TGU (Turkish Get Up) with his lovely wife Maureen. I saw him do this...it was very very cool.
